Ah fuck I was salty that you rated MHA a 3/10 and I was gonna shit on your other ratings but they're all practically identical to mine except for MHA obviously. Well you did rate How Not to Summon a Demonlord a 7 so fuck you i guess. I dunno this feels a lot less redeeming than I'd planned, plus the second arc for MHA S3 was hot garbage so you do have a point there...

fuck you

i guess

Your MHA review is spot on, the concept is amazing, very fun, hell the characters are appealing. But the story progression is very repetitive, safe. The fights are meant to advance the plot, sure, but the should be well thought out choreographically. Otherwise it kind of makes the point of training pointless doesn't it. I would rate it a bit higher though.

and I thought I was the only one that realized how repetitive mha is.

just dropped by to say that i respect ur principles. . .

and tho i personally love MHA, i agreed with most of what u said in ur review. Fun is subjective, and peoples are entitled to their opinions

BHA III just seems to let all the air out of its tires when All Might retired, imo, and the second half that followed his retirement wasn't very exciting, tbh

Great review for season 3 of my hero academia. now I know what I'm gonna expect again. the same old crap. would you say its better than season 2 or 1? for me season 2 was worse than 1. hopefully 3 doesn't become even worse. i just wanna finish this show as soon as possible cuz god damn its boring

Hi, I just happened to read you BnHA 3 review and I felt like commenting here. You seem to be accusing the series of taking too long for the action to happen and not following your preferred scenario. When I was reading your review I couldn't help it but felt like you are simply fed up with anime overall. Not a single series but the whole branch of entertainment. The 600 series you have watched only reaffirms me on that.

About that "preffered scenario" I mentioned before... here are the things you didn't like:

1) "Little story progression"
2) Not much happening during first 3 episodes
3) "Characters training was much longer than it should have been. Wasted some time imo."
4) Repetitiveness
5) Mindless enemies
6) "Bakugo gets captured even tho bakugo clearly could have prevented it"
7) All Might vs AFO fight
8) "This show is just too safe" + "we just know good guys are gonna win"
9) "There was a whole episode dedicated to rooms lmao."
10) "Too many boring side characters that i don't care for. "
11) "Too many bland characters with generic motivations and view points."
12) "I like bakugo more now even tho i still think his peronality is forced."
13) "The big 3 was pretty overhyped."

Looking at the points above it seems to me that you just didn't understand what this anime is about. Looking at point [8] it is clear that you don't understand why the series feels this way. Did you notice that the whole anime is narrated by Deku? Every episode reminds us that what we see is a story of how he became the greatest hero. We are being told it from the very beginning. BnHA is not taking place in real time - we know how it ends, we are just being shown how it happened.

Points [1], [2] and [3] you talk about wasted time and not much happening. Why don't you just appreciate the time taken to familiarize us with the characters? Despite the anime mainly focusing on Deku, other characters are still being given TV time to remind us that the whole universe doesn't rotate around one person.

Point [7] sounds as if the only reason behind your hate is the story not following your preferred way. You are complaining about the All Might vs AFO fight despite us knowing how they were both far from their best condition. The author made it clear that the climax of the anime will be taking place around Deku and Higurashi, not their "carers". The real reason behind your disappointment were your high expectations.

Bakugo got captured - [6] - because of the enemy quirk being fit for purpose. You saying that he could clearly prevent it has no support and once again is just what you wanted to happen. You are also giving a lot of critics to Bakugo's personality [12] - it is what it is, we were told why he behaves in such way.

[9] - the episode dedicated to rooms was another way to familiarize us with the characters. Such episodes are needed, otherwise the whole of class A would have been treated as side characters which as you said in point [10] you don't care for. Authors clearly wanted to avoid that.

The mindless enemies [5] you talked about are also understandable. They don't really have true motives - they do what they do because they couldn't fit into the society. Those with real motives are done really well e.g: AFO or the hero killer. Others just try to follow them.

I am not gonna say much for point [11]. All I will say is that real life outside of anime world is the same. I'll let you think about this one :)

Lastly point [13] - there was a single episode given to them, we don't know enough to judge yet.

Now... you may think why the hell did a random guy spend over an hour typing all those paragraphs. Well, I just felt bad since I thought you are not enjoying anime that much anymore. After watching 600 series it just feels like a passion turned into a habit in your case. One thing I wanted to say really... before you get into a show, forget everything you've seen before and have no expectations. At the of the day we feel mostly disappointed when our expectations are not met.

Peace!

>"The big 3" was pretty overhyped. In temrs of character designs they are basically naruto, sasuke and sakura.

I dont know what im talking about, the post. There is literally nothing similar between them.

good mha review, although you should check some misspelled words here and there and maybe improve the structure of your reviews, because it comes off as a big wall of text and there are little connections between sentences. still you had good points about the show, keep it up

So you haven't seen the first 2 seasons of MHA and you made a review about the third??
