My ratings:
Story is 6 (fair).
Art is 8 (very good). I like the art style; it's clean and cute
Character is 8 (very good). The other two members of the student council shine to me! I love them and their roles. I also like Miyu herself, because she is earnest and doesn't shy away from hard work. It's Kousei who I have hard time actually liking.
My personal enjoyment is 6 (fair). I liked how it started but felt very uncomfortable halfway in, because I don't like how Kousei treated Miyu, even though I get that he's in a difficult position.
Overall is 7 (good).

I'm giving this an 8 because if you take it as it is and don't compare it to anything else, it's just a short, simple, and sweet story of how a pair gets together. There was no fuss, no rivals, and no overly-extended drama, which is exactly what I was looking for and needed when I stumbled across this manga.
Breakdown: 6 for story because it's very plain and straightforward, and nothing really mind-blowingly new. 7 for art because it's fine. Not terrible, not strikingly beautiful. 8 for characters because I like them well enough. Female MC is caring and...actually, male MC is caring, too, in his own ... |
