Psycho-Pass 2 - Great sequel to the original series. Definitely not as bad as some people make it out to be but it was a tough act to follow. Felt like a logical progression in the story of the Sibyl System.
Loved - The parallelism between making someone clear and making someone black. First season focused on criminally asymptomatic people and making people black. Exploration of making some one clear and where it went with the Sybil system was a much needed breath of fresh air. Also that ending theme song.

I'm nearly 2 seasons in and still not totally sure what this show is about. They're wizards and they're part of a guild and they go on quests. It's basically like watching someone else play an extremely drawn out and unfunny RPG.
The characters are bad. If you've seen Fullmetal Alchemist they're all basically Ed when he gets comically angry. All of the characters are like that. 95% of the time.
