I like every single Love Live series, but I must admit that Love Live! Sunshine took a very large inspiration from the first Love Live! cast. I could probably write the characters they're most similar with :
Chika = Honoka
You = Kotori
Riko = Maki
Ruby = Hanayo
Hanamaru = Rin
Yoshiko = Nico
Dia = Eli
Kanan = Umi

Honestly, this is probably my favorite or one of my favorite animes in forever! Every single aspect of this anime I loved. My only problem with it was when they dance, they use VERY noticeable CG.
So when I watch the dances, it's usually sometimes hard for me to enjoy because I can't help but cringe sometimes. Other than that, it's a very great anime and you should probably give it a watch. The first episode was very rushed and it'd seem very confusing and boring but I promise you that the whole anime is VERY interesting and it is worth the watch! |
