Ok so here I go, Since you rated code geass and Escaflone high i'm asuming you like mecha anime therefore you should deffinantly watch FMP as you have planed,Another good romance/mecha anime that you should watch is Eureka Seven ,It is very good as well ,Vandread is also a good romance/action-ish anime and one more is History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi ,which is a martial arts/comedy ...but i myself see a romance in it ,you may not. One that has action /romance(kinda) also is School rumble ....and finaly I noticed that your list does not have Clannad on it :< even though that has no action in it ,It is a good romance byfar.watch it before anything else!
