where to start. this is bad. there is no diverend way to say it. the characters are empty and add nothing. they cut at money shots like punches.

now the art is not compely bad. either. there are some good design, but most are 90 style and even then they are very bad for that. mostly criminally generic.

and the sound, o GOD the sound. who thought that Beethoven was a good idée for a tech/space anime. and they don't use 1 or 2, no they use 3 or 4 songs in 3 minutes and cutting it on very awkward parts. it is by far the ... most enjoyably part of the ova. that and the stupid overall feel of it.

I recommend this to people who like to see how to fuck up a good idée with good potential. it was just too much for this people. that or there was no budget.

is it the worst ever. no, it is bad. YES. it is. but it could be worst. a lot. it's the potential for a good story and good overall ideas that makes it not the worst.
