I am currently wrestling with a specific issue that has arisen in relation to this show, and that issue primarily revolves around the character known as Ren Yamai. It is with genuine concern that I express my desire for her to take a step back and reevaluate her behavior towards Komi, as I believe it would be beneficial for her to cease her relentless flirting. The manner in which she engages with Komi often leaves me feeling quite uncomfortable, teetering on the edge of what one might describe as unsettling or even creepy, and this ultimately diminishes my overall enjoyment of the series as a ... whole. Regrettably, I must admit that my feelings towards her character are not particularly positive, and this has significantly impacted my appreciation for the narrative and the dynamics at play within the show.
