I just wanted to say on your Shaman King rating - animation great for its time? Not really. Akira happened in 1988. Looney Tunes happened in the '30s/'40s. Animation has been great at any given period in time...I definitely understand that studio standards might rise and fall together, but Shaman King art is just plain bad in the anime :( the manga is way better.
