The first episode was really strong and caught my attention.
Don't get me wrong, the ending was good, but not as strong as the first episode.
Boku Dake ga Inai Machi, also known as ERASED: an anime series adapted by A-1 Pictures which some deemed to be the best anime of the Winter 2016 season, had a strong start, but it slowly went downhill... until the ending. But it had a nice end, at least.
(Before going to the review, read the synopsis stated above and cause I'll point out some few points based off of that.)
Why I liked... and disliked the anime:

and some say it is the best anime not only of the season, but of the year as a whole. The flow of the story was so clear, it made you want to watch episode after episode due to how the plot progresses. The art style was perfect for a mystery-drama anime, and I love how the setting of the story was also during the Winter. Characters were lovable, and it's funny that the kids (particularly Satoru, Kayo and Kenya) have these dope quotes that even adults don't say in real life (I know, I know, an adult made the manga). It's weird, but it's lovable. The protagonist's voice actors, although first timers in the scene of anime, they are really good when it comes in voicing Satoru.
On the other hand, the story was predictable. After episode 2, I just waited for the story to reveal who the killer was because I already knew who it was, and I didn't read the manga. It was obvious who it was, every antagonist in the series is this kind of person. There were some episodes that were... not as good as you think it would be, but it bounced back in the next episode.
Enjoyment? This was one good ride. 2016 started right with this kind of series. OP and ED were really amazing, characters were great, story was predictable yet entertaining and the art style was good for a mystery series. Overall, ERASED is somehow anime of the season, but not mine. It was great, but not good enough.
