I have heard that in the manga, which i have yet to read, Rudeus shows much more disgust towards himself than shown in the anime, maybe try reading that and you can enjoy it more. Not much else to say from me :)
I respect your opinion on the show and heavily agree with you as well. The main character's personality is 100% the worst part of the show. I am glad you, unlike some others on the internet, listened to my little rant and reflected on your review of mushoku tensei. Besides being a grown man in a kid's body, Mushoku Tensei season 2 is apparently The Animaniacs or something else with the amount of stupid cartoony faces lmfao.
