To Madhouse's credit, they could do no wrong in creating an Marvel anime, and a X-Men anime is a neat idea...on paper. Upon execution, it was a golden turd that was all over the place. Let me explain why:
Story:
Let's talk about the elephant in the room and that is the story starts off at the end of the Dark Phoenix Saga. At first, I was like "oh, this show is going to adapt the Dark Phoenix Saga? That should be interesting". But then reality hits you and then you truly see what it's not what it seemed like. Instead it's an all original plot that
...
has somewhat a bridge to the Mid 2000s X-Men movies and I was like "seriously"? TBH, I do think that the Dark Phoenix Saga, in the comics at least, was one of the most overrated story arcs in comics history. I do think that Messiah Complex, House of M, and even Days of Future Past was more of the better story arcs ever made imo. If the show would've at least adapt the source material or be an actual original story that doesn't focus on the Dark Phoenix Saga and actually stand up on its own two feet, then it might've been an enjoyable show.
Characters:
Each and every XMEN characters are special in their own right. In this show, however, feels bland and hallow. An anime original character, Hisako AKA Armor, feels like a boring generic character with no development. And rightfully so because her alias fits because she's a walking plot armor. Speaking of no development, none of the main team gets any character development aside from Scott grieving about Jean's death, and even that feels empty compared to the comics or the cartoons. The Hellfire Club feels underutilized since it only focused on the Inner Circle (for some reason) and and we don't even know the hell are the U-Men considering that they're an anime original team and the villains are a joke and the show expects you to know who they are. I sure don't. And for 12 episodes, this feels rushed. Speaking of rushed, the show's credits lied because they put in Magneto, Mystique, and Juggernaut, and even Onslaught, which that plotline didn't even happen yet the time this event take place because they're nowhere near in the Age of Apocalypse plotline, is on the art in the credits and the Brotherhood of Mutants are nowhere to be seen. Talk about a bait n' switch. Also, I feel like out of all the characters, Beast and Storm gets the most cucked in this show. Beast gets less fight scenes and Storm, the most powerful member in the team, gets nerfed. It feels like half of the characters gets sidelined while Scott, Emma, Charles, and Hisako gets all the spotlight. That shouldn't be fair.
Art & Animation:
Madhouse has done tremendous animation and fight scenes in the past. What could go wrong? Actually, A LOT can go wrong. While the art style fits in the style of the comics, the animation and the quality felt low budget that I wished it was handled by a different animation company. There was a lot of still frames in this show and the fights wasn't animated well. Like, there are a lot of the scenes that the camera shakes too much or scenes takes place in the night or in a dark setting...or both, that it's too painfully to see with characters with dark skin/fur like Beast or Storm because the use of shadows and dark filter was too much in the show that it feels like this show has no color like at all. Also, one or 2 grueling things I've noticed is that out of all the characters, Beast's fights and movement feels stiff. If you actually read the comics or watched the cartoons, Beast, aside from being smart, he was one of the most agile and athletic member on the team. Don't get me wrong, I do like his design. I do think its in the top 5 best Beast design. But they completely botched and limited his animation and movements. Not only that, out of all the characters, the animators somehow can't draw his feet for some reason. It was so poorly animated that they had to put so much shade to hide it.
Overall:
While I don't think this show is a bad show, it's not a good one either. If this show ever gets a season 2 (which I highly doubt), please give it to a different studio like UFOtable or Production IG, A1 Studio, Studio Bones, or Kinema Citrus or even Wit Studio or White Fox to do the fights. Don't let this studio to animate fight scenes. Like, ever.

A return of a cult classic of a well-beloved manga: Dance in the Vampire Bund. This was the first manga I've ever read as a kid and to this day, it's the best were/vampire manga to exist. Both the OG and Sludgehammer are really good, Scarlet Order is good too, but the ending felt rushed and there were couple of missing scenes. A.S.O on the other hand is good, but...how should I explain this? Now I'm having mixed bag. Let's go into full detail:
Story: After the rushed ending of Scarlet Order, the story continues with Mina and Akira trying to beat Katie, aka fake Mina.
...
The story itself I like it, I can't complain. The only negatives I have is: 1) hammering irl politics into the story. It's really grating and cringy that it is barely manageable. and 2) even more plotholes and even retconing 1 event from the og series. I can't help but wrap my head around in confusement.
Art: I can't say much about the art. It's identical to the rest of the series. However, I couldn't help but there was some scenes that are skipped and it's bothering me. Also, idk if it just me, or the artist can't draw the werewolves' feet.
Characters: Along the way, we get returning side characters from the series, except they don't appear long as we get to introduce the "new generation" of werewolves that is Phoebe. While I do enjoy other characters and the adventures of Akira and Mina, I HATED Phoebe. She's arrogant, annoying, an idiot who makes dumb choices, no reason to be in the story, and what's worse, she's a Mary Sue SJW who thinks she's a boy and she drags the plot of one of the best Arcs in the new sequel and she is ruining it by making so much stupid choices. You can even remove her from the story and change characters and it doesn't change the plot. I hate her as protagonist and I want her gone as it doesn't fit with the series.
Overall: I do think the story is good, I just hate Phoebe that she is ruining the series. I feel like that this is more of a Side Story rather than a main one. If the manga deviates from the main story just like how they did to Dive in the Vampire Bund and have her own side story, then I wouldn't mind with it and it would be decent. But if this is the direction this series is going; replacing a cool and badass protag with an obnoxious one, I am so disappointed.

People in the furry community has non-stopped talking about this show and saying it it's the best anime of 2020. So I watched it for myself and all I can say is this show...was not good, like, I don't see how is this good? And as a furry, I am insulted how this show went. Here's my full review:
Story: Honestly, from how it started, the story was actually decent. The world was segregated by 2 races: the humans and the beastmen, and the humans that turned into beastmen goes to a city called Animacity where people can be beastmen however they like and the backstory
...
explained the world. However, this is where the downfall is. The show has a lot of plot holes like, how is the female MC able to turn invisible or gain super sense with no experience, there's couple of filler episodes, and the emphasis on racism wasn't tackled too heavily, the same situation on RWBY season 5 where we didn't get tackled nor see any hints of racism and just put it there for no reason. Like, how are we going to feel sympathy for either of these races of racism wasn't tackled too heavily in the story. That's kinda like a cop-out if you ask me. And even the ending feels rushed that they should've reworked it.
Characters: I wanted to like these characters, I really do. But I really, REALLY, hate the characters in this show; the side characters, the minor characters, or even the main protagonist in the show. The female MC is one of the most annoying, obnoxious, and unlikable character I've ever seen. Shirou, the male MC, is one of the most boring, one-dimensional, no personality, stoic, unlikable, Edgy Emo Legoshi + Cloud Strife-like character, even his tiny backstory couldn't make it up for it. Most of the side characters have no purpose nor contribute anything to the plot. But not only the protagonist, the antagonist (who I'm not gonna spoil) is terrible too. No backstory, no reason to be evil, and one of the most generic motive in the show, even his own idea comes to bite him back in the arse. Such a terrible villain.
Animation/Art/Design: I like anime, and I like art, I really do. But this has to be the WORST animated show that I've ever seen. It's like a child drew most of the season. Like, wtf? Disproportioned limbs, facial expressions, and character design, like, jesus did they not think this through? Shirou, given the clothes they chose, he looks like child predator when you give him a trench coat and black gloves. And you know why he keeps the female MC with him. And iirc, isn't she a minor? Speaking of which, I REALLY hate how they give Shirou in his clotheless furry form an ugly look up to the point that it rectifies his design that he was given while he was wearing clothes.
Before I get to the overall points, I want to point this out. not ALL furries enjoys this show because there's furries in it, and I'm the prior example of this. I HATED this show. I've already listed the problems what's going on with it and yet the furry fandom are defending it because of Shirou. I DON'T like Shirou. Not only him, but characters outside of BNA who has the same boring personality like Mercenary/Yohei & Legoshi. Those characters I really hate and do you know why? They have the same personality and yet people are defending them because they're furries. Stop it, just stop it. I've seen other furry characters like, my main husbando/best waifu, Ricardo Welkin, Wolfy from Legendz, and Hound Dog from MHA have outgoing, charming, and BETTER personalities then those cardboard cutouts. But no, they like them because they're edgy and emo. Just stop with it, please. What's wrong with your like?
Overall: What I think of it? I hate it to death. I've never watched a single Studio Trigger and I hate those shows as well because I'm not a perverted SJWs like most people are. Why the studio, who is not well known, never defunct in the 1st place and is still going despite that they never made a single good anime in their life? There are other well known like UFOtable, J.C, White Fox, Mappa, A1, Madhouse, Bones, and Pierrot? All of you need to stop with the closed-minded idea of "if it's made by Trigger, it's a 10/10." because that excuse isn't gonna work. What do I rated? A 3/10.

Ever since Gundam Build Fighters ended, I was enjoyed from beginning to end. But when I watched Tri, I was very disappointed and I dropped it half-way because that show was really bad. When Divers was announced, I was skeptical about this new show, but when I watch it, it feels like a breath of fresh air and I enjoyed it. Let's see if I can sum it up...
Story:
The story is like your standard typical anime; the MC enters a VR world, the villain plans to take over the VR world, and it's up to the heroes to save the world from the forces of
...
evil. Pretty straightforward. And to be honest, the 1st half of the anime was kinda enjoyable where as the 2nd half of the anime gets convoluted with plot holes, plot armor, so many fillers, and an arc that is very unnecessary. Overall, I didn't enjoy the 2nd half, but I do liked the 1st half.
Art:
The art in this show is very good for the most part. So many detail on the Gundams, the colorful world, and the world building is fantastic. Sunrise Studio knows how to make good animation.
Sound:
I didn't bother with the sound because I really have no idea to talk about it.
Characters:
As for characters. The primary characters, including the MC, for the most part, decent. Riku is a good character to a certain point of the anime. The 1st half make me like him because he is relatable character that you you wanna jump into the world and experience it yourself. But when the second half hits, it made me not like that character anymore. As for the side characters that is with Riku, I have mixed feelings. Yukio is a good support character and he's a good range fighter. As for Momoka, I just didn't like her for the most part of the show. She's very annoying and picked one of the most stupidest Gundam in the entire show. What character I hate the most is Sarah. She is nothing but a plot device and she does absolutely nothing for the majority of the show. There is 2 more characters that joined Riku's team, but I do have to admit, both of them did nothing to impact the plot. The 1st one was Kouichi, and he was...ok at the most part, but the 2nd one, Nanami, teamed up with them very late of the show that she is unneeded but appeared because of fanservice. The villain on the other hand is actually a good villain that I actually want to support and see them succeed instead of the heroes where he has a relatable motive and has one of the most badass Gundam in the entire series. As for the support characters, I actually enjoyed them more than the MC that I wished they would've given more spotlight. Magee, Tigerwolf, and Shahryar are the type of characters that you want to hug them, mostly Tigerwolf with his outgoing personality, unique character design, and a guy that I would love to team up with. They would ever make a spin off that would focus on those characters, I will watch it. What shines this show the most is Ayame as she is one of the most likable and best girl in the entire show. I think both Ayame and Tigerwolf are characters that I deeply enjoyed the most.
Overall:
All I can is, that I hate to admit, It's better than Tri, but not great than the OG Build Fighters. If they were to make season 2 or make a spin off that focuses on the 3 I mentioned, I would watch it. But still, I enjoyed Divers from beginning to end, despite its flaws.
