Also, a minor thing, both feature a character that usually can't exist in their "true form" and kisses as a form of magical ritual.

Kimi to Boku. is about a friend group, while Sasaki to Miyano is about a newly formed couple. But both share the general warm, fluffy mood and soft touch to its art. And, obviously, both are high school slice of life stories.
