Overall- I felt that this anime is definitely worth watching, it's a great anime for people who are first being introduced to the world of anime, as the story is extremely common to not only anime but most forms of action.
Story- As for my main problem with the story line (other then how plain it is) is the "romance" part of it, these moments fell like a barrier to the rest of the anime, and are quite boring, these moments shouldn't be taken seriously, and should be ignored by actual romance fans.
Art- This had some of the best art I've seen in anime overall, the

art was always great and stayed exciting, however, good as it may be, it's nothing groundbreaking.
Sound- I never found any problems with the audio, it always seemed to work for the mood, but nothing great.
Character- This is the main reason why I say this is a great introductory anime, the characters are all boring if you've seen enough anime. While these characters are unique to the anime world, the provide nothing new to the table, and stand as nothing but another character, if not more boring then most, character development is either blatant before it happens, or doesn't exist. However, for those new the the world anime anime, the characters are exciting and new, and due to their nature of being plain, are easy to understand, and lead as a great way to understand the rest of the anime world.
Enjoyment- I rate this as high as i do because this was one of my first anime, and as I had stated in the character section, was a great and exciting new concept, even if I did learn later just how plain the whole anime was, and even now I feel as though it was nice to watch. Likely due to how great the art was, I felt my eyes glued to the screen, waiting for the next action scene so that I could feel the thrill of the fight again.
Conclusion- I highly recommend recommending this anime to any friend you want to try to get interested in anime, especially those who love action, but maybe this is not the best anime for those who are experienced in the anime world.
