Very very very funny anime, dense character, light hearted comedy, doesn't take itself too serious, I found both Nozaki and Kenji very funny and likeable. Tenma and Chiyo is very similar too. Cute lovestruck. The comedic gag is pretty surprising and unpredictable.

If you liked Shirokuma Cafe add

...then you might like Non Non Biyori add

Shirokuma Cafe doesn't have any "real" story. Yet the character is so loveable. If you like this kind of relaxing anime, I recommend Non Non Biyori. The comedic and relaxing vibe is (for me) good. Very "friendly" series.

If you liked Kimi ni Todoke add

...then you might like ReLIFE add

Basically Kimi Ni Todoke is ReLIFE sans Sci-Fi (Appearance/Age altering). Kimi Ni Todoke has More romance and friendship. Yet ReLIFE got more motivational matters. Kimi Ni Todoke is centered around the girl (Sawako) which is basically much like Hishiro. If you like this kind of girl (kuudere like or whatever), I highly recommend this series (Kimi Ni Todoke) All of them is both cute, refreshing, relaxing, and yet still pack a message. Have fun!
