Both contains a stupid amount of things that makes absolutely no sense but somehow are funny as hell... although it's a short series, you can go read the manga if you liked it.

short jokes, funny... nuff said Caution* seitokai yakuindomo contains a large amount of sexual jokes seitokai yakuindomo requires about at least 700/9000 otaku power to understand all of the jokes. - (for beginner / newb otakus)

I would recommend the manga instead but too lazy... Both contain pretty funny scenes that you should get if your otaku power is 4000/9000 or greater. - (for intermediate / master otakus)

Both have this ideal feeling like "nobody is evil" and stuff like that
