For those who saw all the episodes one after the other, noticed the difference in animation quality + story in the transition period from episode three to four.
The first three episodes saved the desire to watch until the end, but the fourth is a beautiful disaster, 25 minutes of cliché and nothing interesting.
With that in mind, I have an opinion that Mappa is the most dogshit animation company in terms of stability, the animation difference is extreme, from one episode to another the art decays ridiculously. This is one of those disasters that has incredible potential, sensational idea, but horribly executed. The characters are extremely bad, being weird + bad story behind each one, they didn't get it right once. This idea of an SAO-type novel doesn't work, it's certainly the biggest IMBECIL thing to put in a script, especially when you don't know how to make one. Ok, when i saw at first the ideia of that, my expectations was higher, but that poor principal character ruined everything with that weird sexualization everywhere. THE CHARACTERS HAVE 10 YEARS, HOW CAN I LIKE AN ANIME THAT SEXUALIZES 10 YEARS KIDS? THAT'S WEIRD, COMPLETELY WEIRD. IF YOU TELL ME THAT YOU LIKED THAT SHIT, YOU ARE WEIRD AF.
That's probably one of the most overrateds animes i've ever saw. If you're reading that before watching, put in your mind that the show of art and story is decent/good but everything goes down with that sexualization, the most IMBECIL thing to put in a work. |
