Both are similar in the aspect of taking care of someone younger but not having a blood connection with them. In Maid kara Haha ni Narimashita, there is a magic and the main character is a mother figure. In Ikoku Meiro no Croisée, there are no fantasy elements, and the setting takes place in 19th century France. The male mc is like a brother figure to the main character.

Both involve taking care of supernatural beings. In Uchi no Maou Kamimasen yo, the setting takes place in a city where mythical creatures are kept as pets ,where the protagonist takes care of the demon lord. In Corseltel no Ryuujitsushi, the setting is in Corseltel, a sacred land where dragons and beastmen reside where a select humans(called dragon mages) are given the responsibility of taking care of baby dragons. Uchi no Maou Kamimasen yo is more comedy and slice of life based , while Corseltel no Ryuujitsushi is more on the casual daily life of the residents of Corseltel. both are pretty much the same but Corseltel has more story and has really cute characters

both of the main characters start out very similar both very weak willed, give up easily and bullied by their peers.In Boku no Hero Academia the main protagonist is smart however alienated by his classmates for being the only one not having superpowers.While in Katekyo Hitman Reborn the main protagonist is bullied simply because he is bad at everything, from sports,to school and social life.As the plot deepens however they grow stronger as an individual.
