Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki

Both have a theme of evolving in a game-like fashion. While Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki the man is actually playing, re:monster is a sort of alt-reality. Both are more focused on the MC rather than the other characters and both MCs are pretty smart.

Tokyo Crazy Paradise

They have very similar art as well as a fair amount and similar type of humor. In both mangas the female MCs that are not in any way weak (In Tokyo Crazy Paradise she is a kick** fighter, in skip beat she is talented and mentally strong). The drama isn't very similar but they both keep you intrigued. Also, both of them are so amazing that you will have laughed your a** off as well as become extremely devoted to the characters.
