Story: I really enjoy the story, and it is well done. While there are times when a demon dies, and it seems like they all have a sad backstory, that's what I find myself not being mad at that. Tanjirou is sympathetic, he knows the demons committed many crimes, but acknowledges that they were once human too.
Art: Okay, THIS is where this anime excels!! The art is STUNNING!! Anyone who watches this anime has to agree. The fight scenes are such a sight for sore eyes. As a manga reader, it's so amazing seeing the pages come to life, and honestly the anime out

Look. Going into this anime, I thought it was going to be a harem, but was pleasantly surprised finding it was about 5 different girls, each going through a different situation, with a different boy (of course excluding the love triangle)
The first episode had me hooked, and I was excited to see where this anime would go. Man, do I have some regrets. This anime started going really, really downhill after episode 8. I could stop at episode 8, and feel totally okay. After episode 8 there is so much drama and I am not here for it. I came for wholesome content, I quickly ...

I'm giving Hi Score Girl an eight because I overall really enjoyed this anime. It was in my list, and decided to watch it, not really knowing what to expect. I really didn't enjoy the cgi for a while, but I learned to look past it because I really enjoyed the story! The anime is really wholesome and will leave you feeling intense nostalgia. I really enjoy watching/reading works about first love, because it is so wholesome. This anime is just that, incredibly wholesome. I enjoyed this manga so much. It is the first anime I watched, so I decided to finally read the manga. I have no regrets, it is so amazing. The characters all have back stories and interesting personalities, and are well developed. I cried and laughed quite a lot from reading this as well. I can honestly say I finished this with no loose ends! I felt content. The story itself is very interesting and different, and ties in romance which I greatly appreciate.
