Both are fairly explicit and have mild non-con elements with a later development into a cute and genuine relationship.

If you liked Mo Dao Zu Shi add

Both are adapted from books by the same author. They both have a similar cultivation setting with fighting against demons/ghosts/ghouls and have an 'unaffected/moral' character as well as a 'cheeky/tragic' character.

...then you might like Song of the Long March add

Honestly Song of the Long March is better, but since it's on hiatus it's very frustrating! I got so invested in the story and then was left hanging :( Both have strong female leads although Song of the Long March involves more emotional character growth since the princess is already very skilled. The male lead also has more initial standing in Song of the Long March. There's less humour and competition for the main characters affection, but I really loved the development of the relationships. Definitely a must read, and I can't recommend it enough!
