Both are full of fight scenes and action. They're also full of philosophies, though Vinland Saga is more deep than Kingdom in that regard. Both have strong protagonists that you root for and want to watch grow into wonderful men. Kingdom is probably more exciting, as the enthusiasm never dies down. In Vinland Saga, there are moments when fighting is not the main focus, but in Kingdom, fighting is quite present while not being overwhelming. Kingdom is much longer, as well, so binging it is fun. Kingdom is very good at being engaging, even where there are politically-heavy plot moments. The tension is managed well, and you can feel the progress that the protagonist makes in reaching his goals.

This show is a story of finding passion and joy in an activity the way Haikyuu is. One of the biggest themes is that not everything is about being the best or winning everything, and said theme is narrated well in Run With the Wind. The narrative is well-paced, touching, and inspiring. The characters are all loveable, and they all have their own unique lives. Run With the Wind is more serious than Haikyuu!!, but it still has light-hearted moments. It really makes you think about how you're handling life.
