I think this anime can only be enjoyed to the fullest if you've completed the Popolocrois PSP game.
If not, even though there's an introduction in the beginning, I don't think you can really enjoy it.
Anyway, I love this anime because the entire Popolcrois series it's seriously a heartwarming one. It's super sweet and it's sure to make you cry once or twice.
The characters are extremely likeable, I don't think there's one character I can say I truly don't like. Even the villians are pretty likeable!
