Glad to hear my bombastic review had some effect! Gurren Lagann actually took a while to grow on me, as most of my now-favorites did. Ironically, I had to think about it for a bit. Code Geass is definitely a strange one, as it's absolutely an amazing piece but so many of its adoring fans don't seem to really care why (Lelouch is so morally ambiguous! That's so deep! It gives me so many feelings!)
