Please forgive me, this is my first review so it’ll probably be a little rough.
=Story=
The story is quite simple. A girl wants to become the head of her family’s business, but instead her grandfather has chosen another successor. In order to reclaim her rights as successor, she must defeat the boy chosen as successor. Of course she loses many competitions against this boy, and puts up with his abuse like the masochist she is. The story showed much promise, if only the male lead Sarutobi wasn’t and asshole, and Inugami wasn’t an incapable fool. This manga could have been golden.

When I first began to read this, I took interest to the art. The art is the only reason this manga deserves a solid 3. The artist is very adept at portraying solid emotions through her art work and it’s certainly very pleasing visually.

Spoilers Ahead!!
None of the characters seemed special and most of their actions seemed forced and/or illogical. Inugami was a pitiful masochist, who always allowed Sarutobi to do whatever he wanted. I still don’t understand why she went through so much to become successor. Sarutobi was a forced pervert who tortured Inugami for no apparent reason whatsoever. The maid (who’s name I’ve forgotten) was always cheering on Inugami, but when Sarutobi stole her from Inugami, she then left Inugami’s side and stuck with the abusive Sarutobi, after everything Inugami did to win her back.

I wasted four hours binge-reading this horrible manga, which I did not enjoy.
