great anime consistently good episodes. naota mimimi and haruko are all great characters, naota being my favorite. Naota's transition into adulthood is incredibly compelling with the finale being the ultimate test of that maturity. one of my favorite concepts the show introduced was how the adults acted like children and the children acted like adults. other thn tht, the soundtrack is killer honestly my favorite soundtrack in anime. my favorite episode, firestarter, is just fantastic and leaves you starstruck. my only problem with this show is that its like the perviest thing ive watched. like jesus christ lol. still great show.

What's funny about end of evangelion is while there's just a sheer number of flaws with this movie, it still is the absolute pinnacle of anime film and one of the greatest movies of all time in general. Yes, the story to this movie is terrible. Like all of eva, the story is forgettable, convoluted, and overall just shit. but i think what's different abt end of eva is how, after everything's done and the credits are rolling, you come to the realization that the story didn't matter. None of it mattered. What made this movie such an experience was its convoluted nature. Not knowing
