10 means 'Outstanding.' Mars of Destruction certainly is outstanding. It has no redeeming qualities other than how awful it is.
The 'Story', if we can call it that, seems to have been written by a fifth-grader.
The 'Art' is easily replicated in KidPix, and is unique in it's use of vauge shapes to represent real things. The characters look like they all had their heads photoshopped on.
The 'Sound' is badly recorded and unimaginative, and it makes me sad that the microphones used had to be subjected to the voice acting.
