If you liked Samurai Deeper Kyou add

...then you might like InuYasha add

Both involve a lot of fighting and battling with swords. The romance between the two main characters is also slow-developing but a very sweet story, but the main heroine reminds the hero of a past lover. They're both great reads, though Samurai Deeper Kyo has better art in my opinion.

If you liked Elfen Lied add

...then you might like Deadman Wonderland add

They both contain lots and lots of blood and gore. The art in Deadman Wonderland is more detailed than in Elfen Lied, but both contain the same storyline: making large sacrifices to save everyone else. They're both great stories.

If you liked Deep Sex add

...then you might like Kemono ni, Koishita add

Both mangas involve lot of saucy scenes. The first two stories are similar though: two friends who are in a relationship that is purely physical. If you are into smut, you'll like the two.

If you liked Toradora! add

...then you might like Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi add

The main heroines act, look, and think alike. The "men" of anime both have a completely different personality to what they seem to be on the surface. plus, they are both hilarious and a good show to watch.
