First of all, there isn't anything unique in about show; this does't make the anime less interesting, however. The story is about a boy who returns after he was banished from his family because he was unable to use the family's fire magic. It has a romantic side to it too. There isn't anything in particular that i disliked about the anime, from story to character. In fact, the only let-down feeling is that it was only made up to 24 episodes.
I think this anime is quite underrated by the top anime list on this site. It rates a 7.68 only, if I
...
recall correctly. Honestly, I have enjoyed it more than a lot of anime rating above an 8.5. This is quite a harsh reminder to me that general rating of an anime are not always reliable.
If you are planning to watch, Kaze no Stigma, then you should probably watch the English dubbed one;(Reason) that's the type I watched.
One more thing, I gave it an 8 because that is my criteria for rating anime.

If you love slice-of-life anime and you didn't like Clannad:After Story tragedic and complex plots, then you like Usagi drop. This story is about a grandson who takes in his grandpa's illegitimate daughter, (I know the plot sounds kind of lame). But , believe me, you will enjoy how the story develops. Usagi drop is a very realistic in terms of the relationship between the grandson and his grandpas' daughter(or his aunt to be literal). There aren't any over dramatic scenes-- those annoying scenes that are too emotional or simply out of point.
It is like the writer of the story painted on his/her canvas
...
every part of the story from a real-life situation without removing or adding any extra details. The art of the story itself seems to speak in a similar way.
Overall, Usagi Drop is a lighthearted and entertaining story which no one with a thing for slice-of-life genres should miss out.

Watching the TV episodes got my hopes really down for this anime. Honestly,I was devising a really mean review that would give its writer a bad flu; but the movie proved me wrong. If you really want to enjoy this movie, then I suggest you endure through the about 25 episodes in which you will sometimes feel anger and frustration towards some of the characters. But, trust me, you will forget about that when you watch the movie.
I can't really say much about the story in the movie without spoiling it and as it is a continuation to the TV episodes. However, a thing or
...
two can be said about the TV episodes. As I mentioned earlier you need to be patient through the episodes. I have considered, not once, about dropping the show and I think people who are accustomed to shonen anime will feel me on this. I think around 15 to 20 episodes would have sufficed for the whole plot in those two seasons. For example in that endless eight episodes , it feels likes filler episodes have been taken to a whole new level (friendly advice, just watch two episodes and fast forward through the rest or just skip them).
Nevertheless, every minute of this 2-hour movie is worth watching; it explains the whole plot and premise of the anime without making its audience lose interest.

Robots, drilling and sh*t.
It has been a while since I have watched an anime so superb, captivating and straightforward . This anime would literally leave you gaping and drooling and at the end; that's for those of you who do not shed manly tears or womanly.
Story
A few minutes into the first episode and I thought where would the story come from. I was thinking to myself perhaps this Mecha or " Mecchi" anime was simply overrated like some few I have watched. Of course, I continued watching nonetheless, and each episodes kept me wanting to watch more. The story kept
...
plunging in deeper and mystery kept building up, there was no way for me to stop. There are truly sad moments, epic ones and really funny moments in these anime. I am trying not reveal anything because this is anime has only 27 epic episodes , and that's what makes it brilliant( the suspense, mystery, comedy all in 27). One more thing: you would really enjoy this anime if you like short fighting scenes.
Sound
You know those anime where the story is great and all that, and the sound or sound track is not so impressive, well (of course) this is not one of them. With each spectacular scene, comes a really fitting soundtrack; the kind of which gives you goose bumps and I am not exaggerating. Also, you know that intermediate breather which anime take within episodes, this one has an amazing one.
Art
The art is a simple and yet it really fits and kind of asserts the story-line and the characters as well
Characters
I think every recurring character in this anime has an endearing character so much so that I cannot say who my favorite character is.
Overall, this anime isn't one those mediocre anime which a person manages through to the end. Since One Piece, I have not felt so emotional or engaged with the characters until this; I give it a nine not ten, because I don't think anything is 10/10 .

Do you know that hunger pang when you haven't planned on anything to eat it, and you check what food stuff you have and randomly put things together; and it tastes great ( most likely because u are really hungry). Well that's the kind of feeling I got when I was watching Cowboy Bebop. I mean cowboys or bounty hunters to be exact, syndicates, space gates and a lot of other, um, stuff all in 26 episodes is really peculiar and familiar all at the same time.
As a person who is accustomed to long running shounen anime, I found Cowboy Bebop quite refreshing.
...
The show comprised series short, not-so-interconnected stories. After watching the first episodes, I thought a story line would pick up; I was wrong, however. Nonetheless, the short stories were enjoyable. Each episodes has this strong emotional scenes which a person can really feel exuding from the anime. I am talking about such things as betrayal friendship, love and the like of sort . What I am trying to say is the story does not over-exaggerate events relating to something sentimental compared to anime now. You would understand when you watch it.
Art
I am not really a good judge of art, but the one in this anime is shouting an 18+ rating.
Characters
Since this is a short anime. You are not likely to get emotionally involved with the characters. Spike, the main character doesn't speak much: Jet is always scolding them off: Faye just wants to hug all the bounty to herself: Ed is just eccentric though I will say he - or is it a she- is my favorite character.
I started watching these show because it had high ratings, and I read a lot of posts about it saying how classical it was, and how it didn't participate in fan services. Frankly, I don't know the definition of classical anime, but this anime is worth given a shot. Through Cowboy Bebop episodes, my favorite was episode #24 , I really felt something there.

I just recently finished watching soul eater, I would say it is something like one piece characters using bleach fighting techniques, more or less. The story has quite a fast pace and it does not seem very well developed either. However, I really did like the action as it was a appropriately-timed and balanced fight between the characters, and the stage was also perfect. The comedy aspect of the series isn't bad either. Also, it isn't centralized around the soul eater, who claims to be cool throughout the series( I didn,t find him any cooler than the rest of the characters).
Overall, I will rate
...
the anime above average. You wouldn't regret watching it. Though I still don't get their kind of "soul society" , a breathing sun and a grinning moon. It is creepy. You just might get a good Halloween costume by watching this anime
