There's a wall enclosing everyone in it, and it has a similar feel of suspense.

If you liked Zero no Tsukaima add

...then you might like Macademi Wasshoi! add

The beginnings are very similar. The only real difference is that Zero no Tsukaima has a bit more going for it when it comes to romance, while Macademi WAsshoi! had some of the best comedy I've ever seen in an anime.

...then you might like Psyren add

The characters are very similar (Nemisis Q and Deus) and also the main characters, though Ageha isn't quite as spineless as Yuki.... The story is also similar in the sense that there is a game where people die, though Psyren's more shouen-ish.

...then you might like ES: Eternal Sabbath add

Very similar in relation of how the assassins deal with people.... They both also have very psychological-filled plots.
