Ahahaha I don't think I've ever laughed so hard for 20 minutes straight in my entire life. This abomination was simply so horrid I think it caused some severe momentary insanity. Seriously. I was laughing like a mentally ill hyena. Everyone always says how terrible this is.. and they're so incredibly right. But I must say this deserves a view if only to make oneself appreciate real anime... And also for some good laughs. Like when that one chick got her head blown off. I've never seen a more hilarious decapitation.
STORY: Really... What story? There was none. All the scenes were pretty much completely

unrelated and random, there was absolutely no character development, and THERE WAS NO ACTUAL DAMN ENDING!
ART: Don't make me laugh... that trash cannot ever be considered art. 'Nuff said.
SOUND: It was pretty bad, but it could've been way worse. Sure the songs were horribly placed... But at least there wasn't like, Justin Bieber playing in the background or something (now there's a frightening thought). The voice acting was complete rubbish. No emotion, main-character-guy-whose-name-isn't-even-worth-attempting-to-remember always sounded like he was talking through a wall or something. It was bad. So very bad.
CHARACTERS: Uhmm... Yeah, let's just say this piece of shit may as well not have characters. Actually I think it would've been way more entertaining if they had just taken out all the characters and just had random scenes of equally random lasers and bullets and whatnot flying around... but leave in decapitated chick. Decapitated chick is made of win.
ENJOYMENT: Very high. Although it was terrible and pretty damn boring, I don't think I've ever been so oddly entertained in my life. When that random police car blew up, I was having the time of my life. Okay, not really. But it was all so effing hilarious that I was pretty entertained. Or maybe I just lost my mind while watching it and my brainless self was having a riot watching a whole bunch of nonsense someone without a brain can relate to.
OVERALL: This OVA was complete shithouse, but it was pretty much amazingly hilarious. Not a complete waste of time... I think... And hell, who knows, maybe it's effing genius and we all just don't realize it... Or not. There's no way this shitheap is anything but... well, a shitheap.
