Mixed Feelings
Spoiler
Seasons 1 and 2 were solid—engaging, funny, and emotionally driven. But Season 3? It started to feel like overkill. Kazuya constantly reminding us that Chizuru is “just a rental girlfriend” is exhausting—bro, you’re literally neighbors and actual friends by now. The repeated reminders of how out of his league she is, plus random background characters chiming in with “She is totally my type” every five minutes… yeah, we get it. She’s gorgeous. Spoiler
This season was a major letdown. The fight scenes were painfully choreographed, the plot was riddled with glaring inconsistencies, and overall, the entire season felt flat and uninspired. It’s especially disappointing considering I rated the first season a solid 9/10. After over three years of production, I expected something far more refined and engaging.

At the school, students were using multi-circle magic, but the temple defenders only used single-circle, basic spells—totally lost me there. And why didn’t Desir’s plan prevent them from getting the tear in the first place? He knew they were coming! The fight between Desir and Kraiken was mid. The transformation was too much, and Desir let his guard down, even though he had said he wouldn’t make that mistake again. With that being said, I still think it’s worth the watch. Especially ...

Preliminary (7/12 eps)
Absolutely don't let other reviews sway you—this gem is worth every minute! As a fellow isekai addict, even I had my doubts initially after skimming through the reviews. But trust me, once you hit episode 6 (no spoilers, promise!), it skyrocketed its way into my top 5 comedy isekais. It's an absolute must-watch! The art style may strike you as a tad peculiar at first, but fear not, it gracefully transforms into your quintessential anime aesthetic. And let's not deny the sheer thrill of an overpowered protagonist—come on, who doesn't relish that delicious isekai goodness? So give it a whirl and immerse yourself in this ...
