This anime for me was hypnotic. All the time I was watching it I was thinking, these characters are all just broody, fallen hot boys that have little development (but they are all different to one another), yet they are hot and I need to keep on watching this anime.
The lines of dialogue weren't the best, but I wanted to marry the voices!
The story is a classic damsel in distress sort of thing but very fleshed out for something that just wanted people falling for hot lads really.
The art was very nice, not the best but good enough to make all the lads in this ... alluring along with their syrup like voices.
I watched them burst into song thinking this is cheesy, I watched the moves by all the lads thinking it is so boy band like. And like boybands, there's always one you'll like and this one's mine. (I'm still not sure which boy is the best as all are 'tragically flawed' -oh he just needs love and to be fixed-)
This reverse harum buisness better not hook me. Its like sugar, wonderful, but not good for you in large amounts.

I stumbled across this anime quite by accident and the first episode- intrigued me. It was gripping and attention grabbing however the series for me soon became a chore rather than something to enjoy.
I think the overall story is very good with some moments that did affect me emotionally however I have not read the manga and still feel like this story wasn't presented in the best way.
The female protagonist seems like she has some interesting back story that is hinted at but never properly explored and she can fight but never seems to put this to use. It seems to me they added ... the fact she can fight to make her seem like a strong female.
The antagonist’s motivation is still not legitimate enough for me, it seems fake and shoe horned in just so it seems more tragic he's evil.
The sound was good with alright voice acting from some and not so alright voice acting from others. The art was decent I suppose but I have seen better. (The ‘magic’ was quite pretty and dynamic)
I think the thing for me was the characters, they seemed flat, token or just not nice which made the series a bit of a damp squib.
