This is just a special bonus chapter. Gege is just playing around with his characters. There are some jokes in there which I frankly did not find funny. Not important to read for the story at all but if you love shenanigans of your favourite characters, then by all means give it a read. I just read it because it was present there on MangaPLUS when I was binge reading.
