They're both isekais that follow a male lead who's a perverted idiot and who's companions are girls that all have stupid and funny flaws. Both are from the same author so the premises are similar and the vibes and comedy are pretty much the same. If you're looking for a similar anime, I definitely recommend the other.

...then you might like Aku no Hana add

Both mangas have a depressive coming-of-age theme and follow the male protagonist as the relationships he creates (most importantly different romantic relationships) affect and change him psychologically. They both have dark (and sexual) themes and a similar atmosphere but Oyasumi Punpun is definitely darker. If you enjoyed one of them, you should give the other a try.

...then you might like Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid add

Concepts are pretty much identical, the son of an important family gets sent to a seperate mansion very far away, his family ignores his existence but sends a maid to take care of him and she saves him from depression. Both animes are so wholesome and give off the same vibes and I love the relationships they follow. If you loved one of those two romance stories then you'll love the other one as well.
