Honestly, if you're a fan of Dragon Quest, you are likely gonna enjoy it. Not sure how it compares to the 2020 series or the original manga, but this adaptation was pretty good.
The story was well done, even if it wasn't groundbreaking, the art is fantastic for the time, I loved almost all of the characters and the music was well done.
