First of all, I'd like to start off this review by saying that I enjoyed this anime. I enjoyed myself while watching it, and although I might not necessarily recommend it to others, I wouldn't discourage someone from watching it. It also took me forever to actually decide to watch the anime, but I'm glad I did.
I really liked the music of this anime; both of the openings were very nice. I also liked the art style, both of which are pretty important aspects to me. After thinking about it, the characterization was done just as well. I say "after thinking about it" because

It started out extremely slow, unfortunately, which probably put a lot of people off. The plot takes a while to get going, and the first season, besides a few key plot points in the beginning and the end, could almost be skipped.
However, once you get past the initial season (especially since the first season seemed to consist entirely of filler episodes), things pick up quite a bit, and by the end, you'll have fallen in love with the characters.
