Tenshi no Tamago isn't about the destination, it's rather the journey that makes this OVA so enjoyable. It's an artistic anime first and foremost as it's very little dialogue doesn't really reveal any plot or story.

The director himself said that he doesn't even know what's the movie about still all religious references to Christ, Gospel, Noah and many others can tell different stories and meanings.

Tenshi no Tamago doesn't claim or try to make a story for the sake of it, the whole OVA is focused on the dark Gothic settings and the creepiness that lies everywhere.
The art style, music and atmosphere are the strongest points ... of this anime. Even if its story is confusing at best this anime totally worth watching.

The best was to describe Magic Kaito 1412 is "simple", too simple actually. The story surrounds around Kaito who realize his father was a great thief and he decides to become one himself to realize the mystery behind his father death.

Kaito Kid is supposedly one of Conan ultimate rivals, one who can challenge the great detective and make a run for it, however watching this show doesn't give any such ideas.

Kaito tricks are very simple yet he always win in the easiest way because every other character in the show are so naive. With that in mind this 24 episodic anime feels like a ... collection of cheap fillers while the only decent episodes are those featuring Conan.

When I started watching this show I expected some interesting and genius type of heists but no what I got was a high school kid walking into any museum and stealing stuff in front of a whole police squad.

Kaito is a terrible character. He treats his best friend who loves him and makes him dinner every day as a total jerk with crude remark about her chest, how she's ugly and how her father -who welcome him in his house every day- is an idiot.

Kaito reminds me a lot of Kirito form SAO, the idiot and self-centered douchebag who gets praised form every other character in the show.

This anime could have benefited a lot from being even a little more serious with better and more fleshed-out characters, deeper plot, interesting heists and a totally different MC persona.

The fifth and final installment in Akito journey is the biggest insult to all Code Geass fans.
While it was obvious from the very start how different these episodes from the main anime they didn't just stop there. I watched and enjoyed all previous 4 episodes but that wasn't the case here.
This episode picks-up right after the previous one, Shin and the Order of Michael are attacking Leila castle while Akito and the gang are trying to stop them.
This episode is one hour of overblown robots fighting robots where all the bad guys loose and the good ones march victorious with zero casualties, zero ... attention to characters and zero respect to the main source material. Not to mention the pathetic insult to the Geass power that makes no sense.
Code Geass anime was so great for portraying very realistic and interesting, complicated and deep characters, great story, soundtracks, mind games and intense action...There's nothing of this in this terrible episode.
This episode isn't just bad on Code Geass standards but as an anime in general. There's no point in watching this episode, you're better off just reading a short summary (all the bad guys "go on a trip", end of story).
