Barakamon is a heart-warming; very cute and funny Anime.
After watching it I decided to review the Seiyuu's (Voice Actors) and I found out that actual children did the children characters in the Anime. I enjoyed how the children grew fond of the main character and especially in the comical parts where the kids would teach him new things. I also liked how it was set away from urban life and focused on a rural environment.
There isn't really an antagonist, just struggles for the protagonist in which the children help him see how to overcome the problems he faces. I highly recommend this Anime if

The original artwork, which was by the Mangaka (Author) himself ONE was terrible; however the plot was very entertaining, even if it was quite random. Once ONE's work was adapted by YUSUKE MURATA the story seemed to progress more and at times you would forget that the manga is a PARODY and will make you focus on the ACTION and COMEDY.
Although people may think that this manga, that has now been turned to a popular anime, isn't anything to fuss over. If you have read it, it is manly for enjoyment so I say give it a try as it is currently in my 'Top ... |
