Hello everyone, I'm Wyvern J and I love watching anime on my free time.
The score rating numbers I put on my anime list reflect how those anime made me feel after completing them; it isn't about how I compare an anime to each other (as I see each one as a different work of art altogether). Also, it does not reflect my view on recommendation-rating.
For example some anime scored by 9 would have been 10 but made me wanting a bit more, or some others would have been 8 or even 9 but got a 7- because of an unexpectingly bad ending or an open one.
Plus points go to clever humour, a realistic (and/or simple) point of view or an overly fantasy-based one, non-monotonous/pointless action scenes and things that induce a good laugh or tears. Smooth art and eye candy is a nice plus.
Minus points go to repeatitiveness, promoting hatred, complicated or unexplained events that are left open, and the use of mecha in general.
