TL:DR;
It's cute, well-paced, and it ends nicely.

rest of the review... not really necessary honestly, but might as well do it for context.

Story: Story is well-paced and progresses the relationship of the two mains nicely with some development for the side cast. Story revolves around Shinobu the Kunoichi interacting with Hitoyoshi, the only guy that knows she's a ninja and is trying to expose it. First few chapters revolve around antics between the two. and honestly the first few chapters are kinda cringe-worthy at first because of hitoyoshi, but is not too bad. the manga quickly shifts gears later to developing the relationship ... between the two mains with some antics in between. There is never any excessive drama, like in most romance stories. it stays light-hearted throughout the entire run. and unlike most comedy manga, the status quo never really ever felt stagnant.

Art: art does what it needs to, but is a little higher quality than most comedy manga. Main girl is a cute "soft" kuudere and some of the opening art panels are drawn really well.

Characters: Shinobu, the main girl, is a cute "soft" kuudere and never ceases to be one. Hitoyoshi is dense, but never frustrating though he was a bit cringe-worthy in the early chapters, but that's the worst he ever gets, he's the typical too nice to a fault kinda guy, and at the very least they don't skip over the "to a fault" part like most manga, so he's pretty generic but in a good way. the rest of the side cast is really likable, but describing them would probably spoil some of the gags of the manga, so i won't.

Enjoyment and Overall: Not really much left to say honestly.

This was a very enjoyable binge read. The characters are pretty lovable and the tone stays light throughout the whole thing. It's technically still not finished but is on hiatus waiting for the LN to get further ahead and who knows how long the next volume will take to come out.

Story: 9/10

Nothing outstanding, but quirky and well-paced and well put together. Relying on comedic story tropes. It's pretty episodic in a monster, or in this case, weapon of the week type of format and relies on the interactions between the characters for most of its entertainment.

Art: 6/10

Art is nothing fantastic save for ... the covers, but serves the purpose of the series regardless. In fact, more detailed art might take away from the comedic tone of story. So, the art is as it should be. The 6 doesn't reflect it as bad, just fair as it says.

Character: 9/10

What makes the series enjoyable. Everyone is put into a relatively typical trope roles, the quirky scientist, the beautiful senior, and your unlucky but lucky lead. All are typical but lovable nonetheless.

Enjoyment: 9/10

I binged it and don't regret it.
