Black Clover.
The dreaded anime that most people wouldn't recommend.
However, I mustered up all my courage (and my time) to watch 157 episodes and trust me, it's not worth it.

The story deserves credit, because that was the only thing pushing me to watch the anime. I'd give it a solid 7/10 just because of the decent twists in the Eye of the Midnight Sun vs Clover Kingdom arc. The storyline before this was just a typical shounen storyline which just really set the base for the future events. After this, it just regressed back to some filler episodes which were pretty good in the start ... but after 5-6 episodes, it just became boring.

Now, the animation is just mediocre. With anime like Jujutsu Kaisen that have brilliant animations, Black Clover looks like a show being produced in 2012. I'm giving this a 3/10

The opening and ending themes were bangers. It maintained the same level throughout every song. However, the background music is just mediocre, at best. Score: 6/10

Throughout black clover, the only characters that witnessed development were Asta, Yuno, Noelle, Yami, Licht, Patolli and the Wizard King, Other characters were just used as plain support and never witnessed any form of emotional growth. A prime example of this would be Magna. He 'seems' to be training all the time to beat Luck, but never really does. He's just used as comic relief at best, and this is just wasted potential. Another such character is Leopold. He just arrives randomly at some training episode, and we never get to see much of him (I know that he was given some spotlight in the filler arc, but it's very basic growth compared to Noelle, or even Licht who just lasted for 20-30 episodes at most)

Overall: 4/10.

This is late, but it's an honest review

Haikyuu season 1 was decent. I enjoyed the anime quite a bit and it was hyped.

In Season 2, there are a few things which I didn't like

1) The music could have definitely been better. The background score was poor and it could have had a few more improvements.

2) Haikyuu season 2 developed Yachi's character, however it failed yet again to delve into Shimizu's life. Nishinoya and Daichi also needed some more personal story arcs.

3) Kageyama is like the typical friend of the protagonist who comes in every Shounen anime. It's just a mirror of Sasuke and Yuno. ... Kageyama had tons of potential when it came to development. The effort put to show his progress from The Great King to a team player was fair, and his interactions were also shown. However, I would like to see more the things from his PoV. Same goes for Daichi and Asahi.

What I liked about Season 2, was the story arc.
The introduction of Ukai was not done in season 1, so fans were eagerly waiting to see his intro in season 2. The anime gave him a proper introduction and his character played a minor role, yet influential since he helped Hinata with his zero tempo shot.

The team improving as a whole, and the personal arc of Tsukishima was absolutely brilliant. The training in the summer camp against the Nekoma group and their training there was also pretty good.

The game against Aoba Johai/Seijoh was very predictable. The author had to introduce a new character to maintain Seijoh's level. However with the practice Karasuno got in the away camps, it should have been an easy victory for Karasuno. It looked like the author wanted to stretch the story a bit more. It diluted the overall quality however (this is purely opinionated)
