Welcome to the hobby, saw your recommended request post. A small tip, don't get burnt out by trying to get through all those shows. It can feel like a grind once you can detect the tropes over and over. If you ever get tired of seeing caricatures of people in anime, I'd suggest White Album 2 :3. It is the beginning and the end for anime, but I won't explain why (very observant viewers get rewarded).

Anyways, yeah. I envy you. If only my list were still small :3.
