It's the story of a poor girl rejected by her family and her village who wants to kill her for not having enough qualification in the job the gods gave her.
In the first half of the serie we have an interesting story about an adventurous trip with interesting events. I think everyone can enjoy this part, kids or adult.
Sadly the second half of it is quite boring and revolves around a poorly presented investigation, that part is aimed mostly toward kids I think.
Too bad they changed direction after the 6th episode, it could have been a lot better.
I recommend it if you want to look

Well... Very disappointing... I loved S1 but this has nothing to do with it, even the characters are a lot different.
The continuation of the story we know is rushed so we can jump from an epic journey in S1 to a slice of life trying to be comedy style with a mighty quest in S2... And the famous quest is to find a cure for the sick wiggling spaguetti... We could feel sorry for the hero's previous life in 1st season, but after 2nd all one can say is he had the life a trashbag deserves, it was even to soft on my point of view. I think ...
