If you liked Ansatsu Kyoushitsu add

...then you might like Boku no Hero Academia add

Both are incredibly outstanding animes with protagonists who are initially timid and and somewhat weak, but ultimately rise to the occasion; with a view to become greater. Our protagonist, both idolise their teacher/mentor and our surrounded by a wealth of interesting characters. Both shows are based in high school and deal with the angst of the environment. As I stated, both are incredible and full of heart and character.

If you liked Hataraku Maou-sama! add

...then you might like Log Horizon add

Both shows deal with the aftermath of a group of people being spirited away into another realm. Both animes are a blend of present reality and fantasy and both have a light hearted feel to them; although at times things can get dark, but this just makes both shows stronger. Both are excellent series!

If you liked Noragami add

...then you might like Gugure! Kokkuri-san add

Both animes deal with paranormal gods and spirits who implicate themselves with humans their dynamics with them. Gugure is more light hearted and is a fun slice of life watch, whilst Noragami is also great, like Gugure but more mature and with a continuing plot - very intriguing one at that. Noragami and Gugure both have a host of colorful characters that certainly add to the shows' fascinating lore.

If you liked Gintama add

...then you might like Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha add

Both animes have an affinity for broken characters with tragic pasts who are seeking, or on the path of redemption. The two animes put a lot of heart and soul into their characters and the development of each character is treated with care. Whilst Gintama is certainly the "lighter" of the two in terms of mood and atmosphere, it's undeniable that both animes have a penchant for sentimentality and possess sympathy for beautiful aspects of personal tragedies.
