This manga is currently in hiatus for the longest time. The author ain't gonna finish this anytime soon.

If you liked anything about Fairy Tail or Rave Master or just shounen in general. You'll like Eden's Zero but don't expect it to be much different than Fairy Tail outside of the Sci-Fi setting and more ecchi scenes.
SOME SPOILERS WILL BE MENTIONED - Many characters have reused designs, hairstyles, and faces from Mashima's previous works, even the names of Factions and characters are reused - Many characters have very similar personalities to Mashima's previous work - It absolutely have the same fanservice/humor as Fairy Tail (It's even more fetish-y and ecchi than before!) - It has that post-timeskip pacing that Fairy Tail had and you will be blitzing ...

Making everyone wait 2 months for this? If you didn't feel hype back then, then you definitely won't be feeling it now. Again, the music and art is great (If you like SHAFT's art style that is) but everything else is just so... disappointing. Throughout nearly the entire anime, Nero just Imperial Privileges through everything and one-shots every servant she comes across. The story's pacing feels as though it's made for a video game than an anime as there are just tons of walking and talking and the occasional minor fight scene of destroying creatures. Even worse, is that the tons of exposition doesn't ...

It's worse than Fate/Apocrypha if you can believe that, which is considered the worst Fate adaptation. The Main character of Last Encore, Hakuno, is like Sieg 2.0 (Sieg is from Fate/Apocrypha). At least in Apoc they had more episodes and several servants to take focus away from Sieg but in Last Encore, all we ever do is focus on Hakuno and he's not even interesting DESPITE certain revelations about him and his edgelord powers. Some would argue that Hakuno + Saber (Nero) is more interesting than Sieg + Jeanne, which is only half true considering Sieg and Hakuno has the similar personalities and Nero ... Previous - |
