I could never say which one is my ABSOLUTE favorite but i really prefer and enjoy animes that incorporate really great OSTs so like Madoka Magica, SAO, Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, and Fairy Tail just to name a few...
My favorite animes PLOT/ story wise would have to put Madoka MAgica, Psycho Pass, and No Game No Life
I enjoy a little bit of every genre though...so picking is a little difficult ^.^
