I'm not gonna bother with a proper review, you can look through the pages and judge for yourself.
All I'm gonna say is that before you judge One Piece, see the Japanese Subbed version or at least the Funimation Dub, don't bother with 4Kids unless you want to laugh at it. Everyone will tell you this, so don't do it if it's your first time watching One Piece.
Also, don't expect One Piece to follow the original plot. Just don't, it won't happen anytime soon.
