The worldbuilding was good, the hairstyles were excellent.
The story and character development felt more cliche and stagnant compared to Season 1, though still acceptable.
However, the plot in the last couple of episodes could only be described as 'retarded'. It ruined the show for me.
*Spoiler alert*
The whole point of Legoshi's motivation was to protect, to respect life. He refused to eat meat for any reason, heck, he won't eat any more bugs after the first one. He chanllenged Riz into a suicidal fight to make his point.
Then he ate his best buddy's leg so not to lose.
Not to mention Ibuki had to sacrifice himself
