This story isn't some story based on moral judgment or ethics. Rather, it's a battle between two ideas. Is it right to kill evildoers? Or is it generally incorrect to kill people? Regardless, this show is one that you should watch, as it enters a psychological battle between "Good" and "Evil." But which is which?

Hitman Reborn is is a cutesy comedy anime for a piece of its run. Although the anime starts off light-hearted and comedy-based it eventually becomes more serious in the shonen sense (in other words the main characters start battling for their lives). During its running (including the manga) it competed with the big 3, One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach on equal grounds. Naturally, if you enjoyed/enjoy those three you should also give this anime a shot.
The story is quite interesting. A mafia hitman comes to an average good-for-nothing telling him that he will be the new mafia boss. Naturally the storyline then develops into ...

It's strange that I watch this anime at all. I don't play the card game, I actually don't know the rules of the game, and I've actually skipped about half the total episodes (of the series, not the season). I've watched the entire first season and skipped the next season or two and then started watching from the beginning of this season.
