I was gonna recommend Assassination Classroom since it's a good tearjerker in sense to "classroom and assassin" anime but it's fine.
What I recommend you is Angels of Death, a pretty neat one time watch which you gonna love. Yeah! It's only a one time watcher, you'll know why as soon as you watch it.
It a psychological anime, the kind which makes you wanna think out of the box, in order to get ahead. The main reason for me like it was, I kinda liked the concept of apocalyptic world or you are stuck in a space, preferably, a building or area or maze where you need to get out or escape and survive till then with running your brain at max to hypothesis what may happen next. I know the reasoning is a bit childish but I like brain teasers so I watch that kind. If you like that anime, I got something similar which has a banger OP although it inclines a bit on ecchi side.
Actually, also you asked me this at the most perfect moment, it just so happens that I am in a manga binging phase and just happened to came across a really good manga of whom I have read 3 volumes, named Until Your Bones Rot. A really good anime with very dark plot, I am a sucker for dark stuff, the darker the better so I do not expect you to be the same but I do hope you like it, this is from my hypothesis after reading 3 out of 7 volumes so don't expect it to be too well, since many do not seem to like the ending from the spoilers and stuff I've seen. If you are interested in isekai, I got a really large amount of anime I can recommend since I read that type a lot but most I read are on-going/incomplete/dropped currently on isekai so ig, don't get your hopes up.
With that, there is also another anime, if you are interested in zombies but with romance too, sounds way worse than it is. It is the title, I ever shed tears too, if I may be so bold, really great romance anime with keeping the "dark" part as in coldness which really makes it spectacular, anime is not that great but I also recommend checking that out. I completely forgot to tell you the name, it is Sankarea. I have read official one but I can recommend you one which can provide official ones, but still being free, if you want. Kinda read first 3 volumes from there and it is quite good, since the panels are 4k in resolution and since translations are official, no problem with bad translations.
Also, in action, if you like magic as well, and seeing your favs, I recommend reading Kage no Jitsuryoku aka The Eminence in Shadow's manga, it simply superior in sense of comedy and art. To be frank, there are quite few scenes I like from anime, like only I AM ATOMIC (all of 'em), then school hijack and the episode 17 was only good. But yeah! I recommend reading it after anime ends otherwise you'll ruin your experience for anime and manga both.
So... like you I like everything but I am currently in search of manga which is really good with sensible plot, as in logical, like fine it's an magical or fantastical world, mc is OP and everything but if it can't pull of a little bit of logic with it, I simply can't handle the story. You can recommend me anything until it's not "it's a side character dude, ofc he'll die" or something like that.
As for genre: Magic, Action, Psychological, Supernatural/power, Military, Mystery, Comedy, School, Romance, Slice-of-life, CGDCT.
I may have said the above but it's not a set at stone thing so you can recommend me freely and anything and everything, just take above as me ranting.

I did used to enjoy Harem anime way back in 2020 and 2021 but not anymore. I remember watching everything on a site on Harem genre, btw that site is now down, took it down with my foolishness.

Yeah! That flaky mysterious part is what make it so cool. You don't know what the girl or the deskman is thinking and who they are but they correlate the japanese and chinese old warriors with it. Like showing that they are made too farfetched and yet showing how much of a genius he is.

This is on a setting of post-apocalyptic world, the story is quite basic but the show is lovely, I watched this as one of the very first anime so it could not be as fun for someone with developed taste as you so you can give it a try, don't like it? Drop it.

This fills that genre to a T. Just watch it, it's addictive and lovely. I cannot explain how much I enjoyed this show and I am sure you'll too. So, I'll spoil first episode a bit to explain. This is basically a story of travelling between worlds using old-school methods and story complements it quite a bit.
I am not going to spam a whole lot of anime all of a sudden since I want to know your opinion on each one I send. Do tell me your opinions on previous ones too. Since "it's good" and stuff ain't gonna cut it for me. I want a bit more detailed explanation than that. Well, again try the one I recommended initially, then you can try Nisekoi for romcom. Very wholesome, to say the least. There is another one called Saekano in that which I really like too. So I hope you like them too. There is two more which I would recommend in that genre SNAFU and Dusk Maiden of Amnesia
In action, I would also recommend [C] CONTROL This anime basically runs on the concept of world runs on money but they made it a bit fantastical and a fresh and unique story to complement.
Then, Goblin Slayer. This is one of my most favorite anime with a solid OP so I would recommend this too. Drifters - This is really an unique show and a hidden gen, if you are into ancient japan culture then this will be quite to your taste. This uses that concept and make it quite fun. Bit of fantastical and everything.

Yes! It indeed has a very good comedy and I meant it as, if you want something on par with that. There is also KonoSuba which I'll recommend considering you're a beginner to anime based on your list.
In action, as in sword fight with blood, I would recommend Akame Ga Kill. It's an heavy anime so fair warning, be prepared.
